  • Coffee catering pricing typically has a range depending on your guest count, how long you need service, your location, and how custom you want the experience to be. Most packages start around $700 for smaller private events and can scale to $2000+ for larger events with more cusom add-ons.

    We provide instant customized pricing through our booking form. Our form is simple to complete, hassle-free, and you won’t have to wait for hours or days to receive your quote.

  • All we need from you is space to set up, one standard wall outlet for each cart, and a site contact person to greet our barista when they arrive.

    For every event, we provide:

    - A full coffee shop menu of unlimited hot and iced espresso drinks
    - Professional barista(s)
    - Stylish mobile coffee cart(s)
    - Professional Italian espresso machine(s)
    - All other necessary service equipment (coffee grinder, etc)
    - Freshly roasted Nossa Familia coffee beans
    - Cups and lids
    - Extension cord

    All price quotes include beverage service, staffing, travel, setup, and breakdown.

  • To reserve your event date, we require a 50% deposit of the total service fee at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due on or before the event day.

    For events canceled 15+ days prior to service, a full refund will be issued.

    For events canceled 8-14 days prior to service, we will refund 50% of the deposit amount.

    For events canceled 1-7 days prior to service, no refund will be provided. At this stage, your event has already been staffed, supplies have been purchased, and final logistics have been completed. However, we are happy to offer a credit in the amount paid, valid toward a future event within 12 months of the original date, subject to availability.

  • We serve the Portland metro area as well as many cities around Oregon and Washington. Events requiring additional travel will include a fee, clearly shown in your quote.

  • We proudly serve Nossa Familia Coffee, a local Portland standby and Oregon’s first certified B corp coffee roaster.

  • We’ll always do our best to accommodate last-minute bookings. Check our real-time availability on the booking form.

    For custom-wrapped carts and branded cups, please book at least one week in advance to ensure we have enough time to create and deliver everything perfectly.
